Orders will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Saturday by first class post. Orders received on a Saturday after 10am and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.
For larger or heavier items these will be dispatched by Parcel Force and may take slightly longer than normal to reach you.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the stock levels on the website up to date, there may be times when items are out of stock. There is a facility to request an email when items are back in stock and the link is available on the item page. Please note that at times we may not be able to restock all items and these will be removed from the website. We do not offer a backorder system at present but we will endeavour to keep you up to date when items are back in stock.

Please note that there is no facility to collect orders in person at present.
Whilst we try to ensure that all the packaging we use protects your items and that they are sent out in pristine condition, with visible address details, we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. If any order is received damaged please contact Royal Mail directly. It would be useful to take photographic evidence of the package before opening as this may help with your claim.
Should any of your order be unsuitable we will happily exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item was sent in error or faulty. All returns must be unopened and in the original packaging. Once we have received notification from you that you wish to return an item we will issue you with a refund or replacement within 14 days. When returning items please ensure you obtain proof of posting This does not affect your statutory rights.
